Recipe Box Menu for the Week of April 30, 2016

Fresh Thai Noodle Bowl

A simple Pad Thai inspired bowl, with enhanced flavor from garlic, ginger, and fresh mint. Our adaption is topped with cashews for a more allergy friendly recipe, but if you want to go more traditional you can serve with peanuts or peanut sauce.
