Creamy Avocado Pasta with a Fresh Spinach & Strawberry Vinaigrette Salad

This pasta dish is creamy, thick, and rich with lots of garlic flavor and a hint of lemon. The avocado works to create a sauce so creamy and thick, you will think there is cream hiding in there. The spinach salad is dressed with a bright and refreshing strawberry vinaigrette.
