Our hand-formed artisian sourdough breads and rolls are baked fresh and locally by Breadfarm in Edison, WA. Breadfarm’s Farmer Whole Wheat and Baker White loaves are made with all organic ingredients. Conventional (non-organic) unbleached wheat flour is used with the other loaves and rolls; however, all other ingredients are organic.

The Tonasket Rye is a hearty and flavorful half loaf. Due to its heartiness and density it is somewhat difficult to slice, but worth the effort. It stores best refrigerated.
