Klesick Family Farm has a passion for doing good and because of this we are using the profits from our Box of Good home delivery service to make the lives of people better. I have always believed that we are here to make a difference and each and every one of us has a gift, a talent, a passion that can be used to make a difference in our community and our world. We invite you to join us in doing good.
We are excited to partner with you in three different venues, from local to international.
Our Neighbor Helping Neighbor program provides our customers the opportunity to help their neighbors in need by donating fresh organic produce to local area food banks. With every four boxes donated by our customers, Klesick Family Farm donates a fifth.
With our Healing Through Nutrition program, we have funded an account to help local families diagnosed with cancer or heart disease receive healthy organic produce at a discount. Customers can join us in reaching out a healing hand by either donating funds to this account or by purchasing produce, discounted through this program, for those they know who are so diagnosed.
And lastly, I have always wanted to reach out beyond our local area to help our neighbors internationally. We have chosen to help by giving some of the neediest communities one of life's basic necessities — fresh drinking water. So far, we have been able to donate two Fresh Water Wells through Crossway International. We invite you to join us in extending a helping hand.
Currently, the Neighbor Helping Neighbor food bank donations and fresh water well donations are tax deductible. We are looking for a partner for the Healing Through Nutrition program to make those donations tax deductible as well.
