* All coffee orders, changes, or cancellations for:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday customers: due by 8:00 a.m. the Friday before your delivery week.
Friday and Saturday customers: due by 8:00 a.m. the Wednesday before your delivery day.
* Coffee orders or changes received after this time will be scheduled for your next possible delivery date.
* If the only item you have scheduled for delivery is coffee, please note that if your coffee order total is less than $20 an additional $3.50 delivery fee will be charged.
* Because we order your coffee immediately after the aforementioned deadline, if you later go online and cancel your coffee order or bump out its delivery date your account will still get charged for it, as we cannot cancel orders once we place them with the coffee roaster. Instead of cancelling your order, we'd be happy to deliver it to you (a delivery fee may apply, see above).
